Warehouse Mezzanine Build Gets Hyper-heated

Problem: This business owner finished out a mezzanine space in his existing warehouse building, and needed an efficient and zone-able solution for heating and cooling.

When the owners of this warehouse in Lee needed to expand their operation, they were left in a bit of a pickle – the spaces they were adding were too large to “tap into” their existing forced air systems from downstairs, but too small to properly install an additional conventional gas-fired system. The decision was clear to our comfort consultant that a dual-head Mitsubishi ductless was the way to go. The owner liked the look and the performance of the “floor mounted” KJ model, which is what we chose to install.
