East Coast HVAC was established in 1986 by Marc Robitaille with a goal to provide the highest level of service and installations at the fairest prices possible. Now, over 35 years later, the company is owned and operated by Marc’s son, Peter Robitaille, in Dover, New Hampshire, and our commitment to East Coast’s founding principles is stronger than ever.

Peter Robitaille
President & CEO
Pete has been in the HVAC industry since 2005, and spent years in the field, installing, servicing, and designing HVAC systems. Today, he oversees daily operations of East Coast HVAC, together with a strong team of departmental leaders. Outside of work, Pete spends lots of time with his wife and kids, and loves golfing, snowmobiling, and all types of travel adventures.
Eric Sielicki
Service Manager
Eric (AKA “Slick”) has grown from a lead Service Tech into our Service Manager, and brings ten years of East Coast field experience to our Service Department. Outside of work, Slick enjoys spending time with his family.
Kim Reedy
Controller & Business Manager
Kim joined the East Coast Team in February 2020 as the Controller/Business Manager. She graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and received her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2022. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department, general business operations, Human Resources, Payroll and Employee benefits, as well as the administrative staff. Kim grew up in Oklahoma but settled in New Hampshire after her husband retired from the Navy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Retrofit Installation Manager
Aaron grew up in the Seacoast area.
He enjoys cooking for friends and family. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and spending time at the lake or beach with his wife and kids.
Spencer Philp
Warehouse Manager
Spencer has worn many hats at East
Coast! Starting as a commercial installer in 2016, Spencer transitioned into
designing, building and managing the
warehouse. Though his list of tasks is too long for this bio, he’s primarily
responsible for parts procurement,
warranty processing, shipping/receiving and day-to- day operational support
of all departments. Spencer also manages our vehicle fleet and helps ensure our trucks are well maintained and fully equipped with all the supplies our
technicians need.
An avid wiffleball player and massive comedy fan, Spencer also
enjoys fixing anything he can, along with
hiking and traveling with his
wife and daughter.

Ben has been in the Heating and Cooling industry for over 5 years, and is certified and licensed by EPA, State of ME, and NH. He lives with his fiancé and three dogs, and enjoys spending his free time outdoors, with his family!
Corey Eddows

Corey is a 7-year veteran in the HVAC industry. On Winter weekends, you will find him on the slopes, snowboarding. He also enjoys time at home with his wife and daughter.

Outside of work, Mat enjoys fishing, sports, and computers. He also loves hanging out with his favorite cat, at home.

Service Technician
Walter started his career at East Coast HVAC in our installation department and has recently switched gears to support our service team. He lives in South Berwick with his family and their lovely spaniel mix, Maisie and hound mix, George. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, hiking, fishing, and ice cold IPAs!

Jeff Hopper
Accounts Payable Specialist
Jeff joined the East Coast Team in April of 2021 as an Accounts Payable Specialist. His daily duties include overseeing the bookkeeping of all Accounts Payable and maintaining our Sub-Contractor files, as well as assisting the controller with various other tasks. During his free time, Jeff enjoys horseback riding, Scottish Country Dancing, and working on restoration projects such as houses, furniture, and other objects.

Madalyn joined the East Coast Team in October 2023. She grew up in North Alabama and relocated to New England in 2021. She loves hanging out with her family and friends and spending as much time as possible at the beach. She is also a huge dog lover.
Sheila Johnson
Accounts Receivable
Sheila joined the East Coast Team in September of 2016. During her time here at East Coast, Sheila has held several positions. In her current position as Accounts Receivable Specialist, her duties include managing our Accounts Receivables, preparing daily deposits, and assisting the Controller with a variety of tasks. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Sheila also manages the Licensing Program for our technicians, ensuring they have the training and education needed to attain and maintain their licensing.
Tenley Westbrook
Administrative Assistant
Tenley worked alongside her husband, Marc Robitaille, to start East Coast Heating and Air Conditioning. She was the Business Manager, running all accounting and office operations up until 2020, when she began transitioning into Semi-Retirement. Currently, Tenley manages registering warranties for customer equipment installations, various administrative support tasks and being a mentor to the East Coast team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family, singing, being an active member of her church and being outdoors.

Karleen joined the East Coast Team in May 2024 as a Customer Service Representative. She grew up in the Seacoast area and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid music lover who enjoys going to concerts of any kind with her daughter. In her free time, she also enjoys fostering rescue cats.

Warehouse Associate
Zach has been with East Coast for 1 year and has been in the HVAC industry for 7 years. He started as an apprentice attending Lennox Build-A-Tech in Dallas TX, obtaining his Universal EPA. He now finds himself better suited on the Warehouse Team tracking down parts and equipment. Outside of work Zach enjoys doing DIY projects around the house with his wife and two young children. Zach also has a huge passion for all sports, his favorite being golf.

Matt has been our Master Electrician, complementing our HVAC projects for several years. Now, he is spearheading the growth and development of our Electrical Service & Install Department. When he’s not working, you’ll find him couch surfing with his wife, kids, and Ollie the puppy!

Nate is a licensed electrician with over 10 years of experience. He enjoys camping and skiing with his wife. He is also an animal lover, especially for Walter, his pet tortoise!

Chris Campbell has been at East Coast HVAC since 2020 in our commercial installation department, where he worked his way up to be a Lead Commercial Installer. After work, he loves to spend time with his wife and two daughter’s, play golf, be outside, BBQ, play yard games, and to be with family and friends. Chris couldn’t be happier working at a great company like East Coast HVAC!
