My experience with East Coast was “top notch” all the way, from the initial phone contact, scheduling of service, identifying the problem, explaining solutions and installation. Simply put, this outfit does what it says it will do when they say they will do it. Their employees from the administrative staff to the technical staff do their work professionally, efficiently, amicably and respectfully. I am a new customer of East Coast and consider myself most fortunate to be so. I would recommend this company with out reservation.
