The Customer Service Representative and Residential Installation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the successful completion of Residential Installations. From scheduling the Comfort Consultant’s initial site visit or receiving a job referral from the Service Department to job completion, this person maintains an open dialog between the Customer, Installation Team, Residential Retrofit Manager, Comfort Care Advisor and the Warehouse Team to ensure the customer’s expectations are met from beginning to end.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Communicate with current and prospective Residential Retrofit and Installation customers concerning their upcoming and/or current installations, via phone or email.
- Maintaining our Retrofit Installation Technician’s schedule for customer installations, using our cloud-based software (Service Titan).
- Maintaining our Comfort Consultant’s appointment schedule for initial site visits.
- Act as a liaison between the Retrofit Manager, Retrofit Field Manager, the Comfort Consultant, Retrofit Technicians and customers before, during and after installation of new systems to ensure all parties have the most current information.
- Assist customers with financing options, from the initial financing application to submitting the final paperwork for payment upon job completion.
- Using our cloud-based software to set up installation jobs, invoice customers, close out jobs and occasionally process payments.
- Process paperwork for all Rebate Programs the installation qualifies for.
- Process City Permits required for Residential and Commercial Installations.
