We had they folks install air movers for us last summer.  Right from the start they were professional and helpful.  They answered all our questions and gave us an estimate and time frame.  We agreed and set a date.  The crew  was here on time and competed the work with out any issues. They showed us how everything worked and wen on their way. We had a wonderful experience with the team at East Coast for the furnace replacement in our 300yr old house.  Starting with the initial visit and quote, Josh patiently answered all of my questions, paid attention to my specific requests, and did a thorough inspection of the area of installation. He provided a timely quote that was exactly what we needed.  He was honest and didn't add frivolous and expensive extras. Within a week of receiving the quote, the work was scheduled and completed as outlined . The installation team of Brodie, Tanner and Avery, with support from Zach, were awesome!  They were prompt, communicative, thoughtful, detail oriented, respectful and kind.  They left their work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. From the sound of the laughs coming from my basement, they really enjoy working with each other! They installed the furnace horizontally, as I had requested, taking care to get it as high off the ground as possible because our basement is prone to flooding.
