Preventative A/C Maintenance

Services include:

Full system startup and overall check
Assessment of system refrigerant charge
Replacement of standard 1” filter
Thorough cleaning of condenser and coils
Thorough cleaning of evaporator coils
Visual inspection of wiring where possible
Electrical amp test of the compressor, fan motors
Clean out and test of condensation drains

Oil Fired Preventative Maintenance

Services include:

Test & clean oil burner safety controls
Clean & replace oil filters and strainers
Replacement of standard 1” air filter
Clean nozzle assembly and change nozzle
Inspect & Vacuum smoke pipe and boiler/furnace as necessary
Lubricate motors & bearing assemblies
Visually inspect wiring where possible
Combustion efficiency testing is done to maximize performance
Check glycol/anti-freeze levels (boilers)

Services Include:

Test fire system
Replace standard 1” air filter
Check glycol/anti-freeze levels (boilers)
Verify operating gas pressures
Test & check all controls
Clean burner & burner tubes
Check & clean thermocouples and pilot orifice
Clean & adjust ignition system
Lubricate motors & bearing assemblies
Visually inspect wiring where possible

These service agreements entitle the customer to one visit for a preventative maintenance checkup on the included equipment. Equipment that is not included in the agreement will not be serviced during the scheduled visit. Customers will be billed for any desired work or unenclosed equipment. The price does not include any service work that exceeds the standard preventative maintenance that is outlined in the agreement. The price does not include any specialty air filters. East Coast HVAC warranties our service work for a 30-day period.
