While performing routine service he discovered an issue with the system - he explained the issue found with our system, and he made/explained recommendations for follow up including costs. The cost paid included both the service and additional work due to issues found. Knowledgeable and great customer service! We live on the boarder of their service area and it was easy to become a new costumer! They scheduled us within 2 weeks and sent a message letting us know they were on their way. Also, received an email with a picture and info about the technician. Technician called when he was on his way and gave us an ETA. Arrived, explained what to expect and got right to work. He was here for about an hour or so. Took our A/C condenser covers off, cleaned out the entire condenser from rodents, insects, and a ton of animal debris. The unit was rinsed off too by a hose they provided! It looks Amazing! So clean and he also changed out wires that were destroyer by mice. The A/C area was cleaned also from any mess that he may have made… but it looks like he was never there! Very clean!! He also informed us about their heating services and we plan to call them in the fall for our propane furnace! Great company! Great employees! Very impressed!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A friend of ours had mini splits installed by East Coast HVAC and recommended them. We contacted them and Josh came out to design and price the system. Initially he asked questions to ensure that we would be getting a system that would meet our needs and expectations. He then provided two quotes (our Minimum system and our Ideal system). We decided to go with the ideal system. A month later on schedule, Aaron arrived and before he left, he had run power from our fuse box to where the outside unit would stand, snaking the line above the ceiling in the basement drilling holes through the joists. He cleaned up after himself so well, that if I hadn't seen him work, it would have been easy to think that he hadn't been there. After Aaron completed the job, he took time to discuss another electrical job that I was hoping to get done. He said that he'd need to talk to his boss as it wasn't in their normal scope of work. Meanwhile Ed and Alex were working on the indoor units. Again, minimal interruption of our lives, and we only needed to move a few items out of there way for access. By the end of the first day, all of the indoor units were installed and again, they cleaned up after themselves. Although this was scheduled to be a three day job, Ed and Alex stayed late to complete the job in two days. Once they were finished, they powered up the system and tested it. Ed then gave me a lesson in how to use it. It is a lot more flexible than I had expected and so I didn't absorb all of what Ed was trying to teach me, even though he was very patient and answered all of my questions. Ed left a emote controller and an Owners Manual with each unit which went into full details on how to operate the system. Ed also demonstrated how to remove the air filters for cleaning. He also told me that there was an app so that I could control the units from my smart phone. Although the weather in Strafford, NH has been mild since installation was completed on Tuesday 19th August 2025, we have been able to use the A/C mode, the "Dry" mode and accidentally the Heat mode. My wife and I were very pleased with East Coast HVAC. They were polite, courteous and helpful on every interaction that we had with them, from the first call to the office though to when Ed and Alex drove away upon completing the install. I have no doubt that we will enjoy those high standards whenever we are in contact with them again in the future. Although the cost was more than we'd hoped for, none the less, we thought it was fair.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Brendan as a technician and he was polite and very professional. He was super willing to answer any and all questions we had. We recently had electrical work completed and mini splits installed. Both the electrical & HVAC teams were prompt, professional, and very respectful of our space. Fantastic, i can honestly said that I strongly recommend this company. There are many choices out there and I'm glad I chose the right team for this project. The gentleman that worked on my house were nothing but professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Bryan and Noah politely took their shoes off before they enter the house and made sure everything was spotless when they left. Bryan had communicated with me prior to, during, and after calling me on his personal cell phone, talk about going above and beyond. My service was so good that I would use this company again just for that, but the end product was amazing, actually looks like a work of art and our new heating /AC system works phenomenally.
