Just had annual service on our air conditioner by East Coast. The technician (Colby) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and did an excellent job servicing our unit. Customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend East Coast for your HVAC needs.

After a miscommunication btwn dispatch & technician led to an appointment much more challenging than anticipated, Mathieu B (the tech) was candid, professional and dedicated to finding a way to make it work. Our minisplit AC was getting it's annual service, and upon arrival he quickly realized the unit was a good twenty feet high on our wall. The project required an extended ladder and was a two person job. While it sounded like we'd need to reschedule, he worked on the outdoor condensor while a second tech was located to come on the same day to ensure the work could get done and not reschedule. All in all they spent about 4 hours at our home, got to the high unit, took it apart, cleaned it thouroughly (sharing before/after photos) and made sure to do a detailed cleanup after the fact to make sure the surrounding space all looked as good as arrival. Mathieu also assured that detailed notes were added to our account so that next summer they came prerpared with two people for the job. Thank you EC HVAC!

Very good service, professional.

East Coast and their Install Team did a professional job installing and testing our multi-split heat pump system. A week of mild weather so far and we are very happy with the results. Bryan Carroll and Walter House were very thorough, taking time to do the job right reflects well on them and the company. The electricians and installers had the system up, tested, and running paying attention to the details. I can't thank them enough!

I always had excellent service . The techs are very informative when asked about the products. It would be necessary to do a follow up after the installation I would highly recommend this company.

My previous guy retired and I decided to try East Coast HVAC. Great decision! Mathieu did a really thorough job going over and cleaning my 15+ year old a/c system. He was very informative about what he had done and the condition that it is in. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I would highly recommend and will look forward to seeing East Coast back in the fall to clean my oil burner. Thank you!

Every aspect of our interaction with East Coast Heating and AC was a pleasure from the no-pressure free assessment and proposal to scheduling and payment to the install. The price was right, the install team went above and beyond in every way. When there was one little thing that needed tweaking after the job was done they were back over here in 45 minutes and the issue was resolved within the hour. Truly stellar, highly recommended.

There have been many outside contractors that have come through the doors of the business I work for, but I have never have experienced such a respectful group of people. Carl Trytek and his team exceeded our expectations during the complicated change of our heating and cooling system. We hardly knew they were here and they worked well around our business needs, especially since the business I work for is an animal hospital.
