$40 – $50 an hour

Play a critical role in the growth of our Commercial Service Department – Enjoy your evenings and weekends, with a basic “during business hours” schedule and no 24/7 On-Call to start! This full-time (and year-round) position will focus on running commercial demand service calls and performing routine maintenance at commercial and multi-residential buildings.

If you are highly qualified in Commercial Service and carry NH and ME licensure, this is your chance to enter the rocketship at ground level, before we send this department soaring. All applicants must have a MINIMUM of 5YRs HVAC experience in commercial service settings.
